Embrace the Future of Multi-Omics

MASS SPECTROMETRY PLATFORM
Service Overview

Proteomics and metabolomics data are increasingly combined with genomics information in Multi-Omics studies to enhance basic research and drug development projects. BGI has pioneered the field of Multi-Omics and offers advanced proteomics and bioinformatics solutions to support our clients’ research.

We apply state-of-the-art LC-MS/MS systems and techniques to offer validated proteomics, metabolomics, multi-omics, biologics characterization and bioinformatics workflows including:

Proteomics
  • Protein identification - Gel spot/band identification, proteome profiling
  • Quantitative proteomics analysis - Label-Free 4D DIA/Isobaric label iTRAQ/ TMT/ Rapid DDA Proteomics/ Nanoproteomics/ Metaproteomics
  • Targeted Proteomics - MRM/PRM
  • PTM Proteomics - phosphorylation, acetylation, glycosylation, etc
  • Peptidomics
Metabolomics
  • Untargeted metabolomics - water/lipid-soluble metabolites
  • Lipidomics profiling - FA, GL, GP, sp, ST, PR, SL, and PK
  • Targeted metabolomics (High-throught panels HM Pro2300, HM700 and HML1600, vitamins, amino acids, hormones, bile acids, etc.)
